"For the second year in a row, John Burroughs Middle School beat out 22 other schools to win the LAUSD Academic Pentathlon competition, and Coach Renee Senigram was once again recognized as Coach of the Year. The team also won second place in the On-line National Competition where they competed against other schools in California, Arizona, and Texas.
