Mission & Vision

The mission of John Burroughs Middle School is to provide, for three years, a nurturing and creative learning environment which is sensitive to the needs of students, faculty, parents and community, based upon mutual cooperation and trust.

All students will receive the necessary academic skills and interpersonal / communication skills in preparation for college and the work force to enable them to acquire the best possible job in the global economy.
